I consent to the use of any videotapes, photographs, slides, audiotapes, or any other visual or audio reproduction in which my likeness or son/daughter may appear by NKU SOTA and/or Visual Arts Programming, which may be used as promotional materials on brochures, posters, or websites.


I waive my right to inspect or approve any editorial text or copy that is used in connection with the images and release and discharge NKU SOTA and Visual Arts programs from any and all claims arising out of use of the images for the purposes described above.

We are offering wrap around service so drop off can happen as early as 8:30 a.m. and pickup as late as 5:30 p.m. for the Experimental Character Design Camps, held July 14-17 for those students ages 8-12 years. There is an additonal $100 fee for this extended camp service.
For students ages 8-12 years, extended times are 11:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Students in the extended camps should pack a lunch each day.

Terms and Conditions
CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS: Cancelations will be accepted until Jan 30, 2025. Full refunds, minus a $25 cancelation fee will be given until that date. Cancelations after Jan 30 will forfeit all refunds. Transfers into a new classes or to another person are accepted without penalty. To cancel and request a refund, contact NKU Connect Center at connect@nku.edu or 859.572.5600.
