To register for a CINSAM Summer Camps or Academy and/or CAMP NORSE, please complete the contact information below. If you are registering multiple children, please complete one registration and then revisit this page to begin a registration for the remaining children.

Financial Aid for Camps
Full and partial scholarships for CINSAM Camps and Academies, provided by Ashland, are available for low-income students who meet the requirements for the Free or Reduced Lunch Programs in Kentucky & Ohio or if the family has extenuating circumstances. If you are requesting a scholarship to cover the cost of your child’s summer camp, please provide proof of free or reduced lunch status (a letter signed by the school or district) or if no proof of lunch status, you can provide similar document providing proof of extenuating circumstance, household income, and number of dependents to be considered. If you are a homeschool family in need of assistance, you can provide similar documentation such as proof of SNAP/WIC/EBT benefits, etc. 

* Even if a CINSAM scholarship is granted, there is a $25 processing fee, which will be collected at the time of this registration.
* You will be contacted by camp staff to let you know whether or not a scholarship has been granted.
* If you are not approved for a scholarship, you will be contacted to collect the remaining camp fees and/or to cancel your registration.

CAMP NORSE is offering four camp scholarships and one three-day camp scholarship. Please attach proof of free/reduced lunch. Camp staff will contact you to let you know if you have been granted a camp scholarship. If you are not accepted for a scholarship, payment will be requested or the seat for your child will be released for someone else to register.


* You MUST PROVIDE the information requested below to be considered for a scholarship. Without an attached letter for Free or Reduced lunch status or   some document providing proof of financial need, your scholarship request will likely be denied. Please provide the documents requested.

Students may be photographed or recorded during the camp. These images/videos may be used in Northern Kentucky University marketing, publications and/or presentations. Surveys

Students may be surveyed before, during, and after the camp. The surveys will question student knowledge and attitudes especially related to the topics offered in the camp. The completely anonymous results of these surveys may be used in professional publications, grant applications, Northern Kentucky University publications, and/or presentations. Supervised Lunch Options

If your student is attending two half day camps, we will have a supervised lunch between the two camps. Please select the lunch option below in relation to the camps for which you signed up your child. There is a fee REQUIRED for each week of supervised lunches

This is the supervised hour between the two camps from Noon-1 p.m. Students are expected to bring their own lunches and drinks each day during June 1-5 camps (Elementary Engineers & Spike Lego Robotics)
Supervised Lunch SESSSION 7: July 13-17 - For students enrolled in both Robots to the Rescue and Bee Curious STREAM 2.0
This is the supervised hour between the two camps from Noon-1 p.m. Students are expected to bring their own lunches and drinks each day during July 13-17 camps (Robots to the Rescue & Bee Curious STREAM 2.0)
Terms and Conditions
CINSAM CAMPS & ACADEMIES: Full refund minus a $25 non-refundable processing fee (per camp) until 4 weeks before camp begins. Cancellations after this time are non-refundable. Please check the start dates for each camp, as cancelation window will vary. By checking this box, you agree to possible additional charges for late pickup of child during our summer programs. CAMP NORSE: If a participant cancels before the standard registration date (two weeks before the start of the program), they will receive a refund less the 10% non-refundable registration fee. Cancellations after the standard registration date are nonrefundable.
