To register for a CINSAM Summer Camps or Academy and/or CAMP NORSE, please complete the contact information below. If you are registering multiple children, please complete one registration and then revisit this page to begin a registration for the remaining children.

Payment REQUIRED to reserve a seat in a camp.

If you answered YES to the question above, you MUST answer the following questions to be considered for a scholarship.
If you answered NO, leave the following questions blank and go to the bottom of the page and click NEXT.

Does the participant have any allergies (including food allergies), of which camp leaders should be aware? Does this participant have any dietary restrictions?

Does this participant have any physical limitations, or behavioral, or health complications of which leaders should be aware? Will the participant require any special assistance?

Will the participant have medication to be administered during the program? Please include items such as epi-pens, which may only need to be administered under specific conditions.

*An additional medical form will be required to be completed and turned in when medication is dropped off to program staff. NKU staff cannot administer medication (prescription or over-the-counter) unless a form is completed and signed. If you answered yes to the questions above, then the form will be provided to you at a later date.

Students may be photographed or recorded during the camp. These images/videos may be used in Northern Kentucky University marketing, publications and/or presentations. Does Northern Kentucky University have permission for this student's photograph and/or video footage to be so used? By selecting yes, you hereby release Northern Kentucky University and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said images, and waive your right to any compensation for the imagery.

Students may be surveyed before, during, and after the camp. The surveys will question student knowledge and attitudes especially related to the topics offered in the camp. The completely anonymous results of these surveys may be used in professional publications, grant applications, Northern Kentucky University publications, and/or presentations. Does Northern Kentucky University have permission for this student to be surveyed?

- Note that you should select camps based on RISING Grade (fall 2026) There are NO exceptions to grade levels. Only the grades listed for each camp will be accepted.
- If the camp you desire is marked "FULL", all seats have already been taken and you may add your name to the waitlist at the bottom of the page
- If the camp you desire is no longer listed, then the registration deadline for that camp has passed. Deadlines for registration are 4 weeks before each camp begins.

Full or partial scholarships are available for low-income students who meet the requirements for the Free or Reduced Lunch Programs in Kentucky & Ohio or who have extenuating circumstances.
* Camp Norse has 4 full camp scholarships and 1 scholarship for the 3 day camp
* You will be contacted by camp staff to let you know whether or not a scholarship has been granted
* Even if a scholarship is granted, there is a $25 processing fee per camp for CINSAM camps, which will be collected at checkout

If your student is attending two half day camps, we will have a supervised lunch between the two camps. Please select the lunch option below in relation to the camps for which you signed up your child. There is a fee REQUIRED for each week of supervised lunches
