Payment with credit card is preferred at the end of this registration form, however, we understand that some organizations must pay with a check. If you are registering with a PO number, an invoice will automatically be generated and emailed to you after clicking submit. Please provide the name and email address of the person to whom the invoice should be sent (treasurer, finance officer, admin, etc.)

Terms and Conditions
All payments must be received before the conference on October 1, 2024. Cancelations will be accepted until September 19, 2024 for a refund, minus a $10 cancelation fee. No refunds given after this date. You may transfer your registration to another person with no penalties. We prefer that payment is made with a credit card at the end of this registration form. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. If you must register with a PO, invoices are automatically generated at the end of this registration form and emailed to the Group Contact and Billing Contact. We reserve the right to convert to a virtual conference should the pandemic conditions require that. If this happens we will offer attendees the option of getting a full or partial refund. If you have not paid with a credit card, payments are due OCTOBER 1, 2024.
