Note: We prefer payment made with a credit card at the end of this registration form. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
If you must register with a PO, invoices are automatically generated at the end of this registration form and emailed to the Group Contact and Billing Contact. We have included fields for your school or district's treasurer, finance officer or building administration. Payments must be received BEFORE the conference on October 23, 2025.
Once this form is submitted, it is considered an official contract and a seat at the conference has been reserved for you. Payment is due unless a cancelation or transfer is officially requested at connect@nku.edu. There is a $10 cancelation fee until September 19, 2025. Any cancelations or no-shows after this date will NOT be refunded.

Terms and Conditions
All payments must be received before the conference on October 23, 2025. Once this form is submitted, it is considered a binding official contract and a seat at the conference has been reserved for you. Payment is due unless a cancelation or transfer is officially requested at connect@nku.edu. Cancelations will be accepted until September 19, 2025 for a refund, minus a $10 cancelation fee. No refunds given after this date (including no-shows day of). You may transfer your registration to another person with no penalties. We reserve the right to convert to a virtual conference should the conditions require that. If this happens we will offer attendees the option of getting a full or partial refund. Note: If you are an NKU affiliate, using university funds, please submit your payment via an Interdepartmental Bill.  Do NOT use an NKU pro-card to make this purchase. Put you department's cost center information in the PO space.
If you are NOT an NKU affiliate, we prefer that payment is made with a credit card.
