When was the last time you felt inspired? Inspired at work? In this interactive session, we will define inspiration at work (and in life) and look at why it is important. We will review 18 engines of inspiration to drive higher levels of performance, engagement and satisfaction for participants and their team members. We will also identify concrete steps to use inspiration to have your best days more often. The session content is based on the book "Dare to Inspire" I authored with my consulting parnters.

Biography
Sandra Spataro a Professor of Management at NKU. She holds bachelor’s and masters’ degrees in Economics and Sociology, respectively, from Stanford University. She received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Sandra’s research examines status and influence processes in organizations, demographic diversity, and organizational cultures. Her work has been published in various journals in Management and Psychology. In addition, Sandra has published two books: "Dare to Inspire" with Allison Holzer and Jen Grace Baron, and "Unstuck: A tool for yourself, your team and your world" with Keith Yamashita. At NKU, Sandra is the Faculty Regent and the Director of the Master of Busineses Leadership and Innovation program. In addition, Sandra is a co-founder and principal consultant at her consulting firm, InspireCorps, where she and her partners help leaders, teams, and organizations thrive.
