Ms. Beckwith is a former state police officer, and federally sworn U.S. Marshal. She worked as a financial fraud Investigator and digital forensic examiner for the State of Ohio and a Task Force Officer for the United States Secret Service in their Financial and Electronic Crimes division. Nicole now works as Manager of Threat Operations for The Kroger Co. In this role her team is focused on threat hunting and intelligence, the development of detection capabilities, and automation of technology processes. Nicole is an international keynote speaker recognized in the fields of information security, policy, OSINT and cybercrime.

Joe Callow helps clients manage and reduce litigation risk and litigation costs. Joe leads the KMK Law Cybersecurity & Privacy Team, an interdisciplinary group of attorneys focused on helping clients manage risk; develop and implement data protection and cybersecurity response plans; coordinate cybersecurity response actions and manage notice procedures; and defend litigation if needed. Joe has experience working with local, regional and national companies on Cybersecurity issues.
