Current State of Cybersecurity
Abstract
Representatives from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency will provide an overview of the current state of cybersecurity. Case studies and incident analysis will provide examples of real-world attacks and demonstrate best practices on how to become cyber resilient. No-cost federal resources will be discussed.
Biography
Colin Glover is the cybersecurity coordinator from the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency for Kentucky. Amongst other duties, he focuses on providing federal cybersecurity resources to State and Local governments as well as Critical Infrastructure.

Biography
Phillip Ross is a Cyber Intelligence Analyst with the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security (KOHS). He works with many state and local agencies to improve cybersecurity within the Commonwealth. Phillip leads the KY Cyber Threat Working Group, provides training to KY’s critical infrastructure, supports cybersecurity grant administration, and connects organizations to cybersecurity resources.
